Service Application Confirmation

Thank you for submitting your application for electric service from Glades Electric Cooperative. Welcome to your cooperative!

A Member Services Representative will review your information and contact you regarding the status of your account, including any applicable connection fees or deposits.

Member Services Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm by calling (863) 946-6200. Please allow one to two business days for your request to be processed.

If the location you are attempting to establish a service at has never had power before, the following items need to be completed in addition to the Membership Application. Please complete and submit to a local office. (Note: We must receive the original and notarized Right of Way Easement form before construction can occur at the location.)
