One-time Payment SmartHub Account & Payment Access

 

Use the SmartHub app to manage your account  from the comfort of home. Pay bills, track usage, report outages, view payment history and more through our SmartHub app. Click here for details.

Pay by Phone

GEC also offers a Pay by Phone option for Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit card payments and bank account draft by calling 844-201-7203. Payments will post immediately to the account.

 

Automatic Payments via Bank Draft, Credit, or Debit Card

Save checks and time by setting up automated, electronic payments from your checking, savings, or credit card account for your bill amount each month. You will continue to receive a statement, so you will know how much is being drafted from your account. Your account will be drafted on the due date printed on your bill. Sign up through our SmartHub portal online or in the SmartHub app available in the Apple app store or through Google Play.

We also offer a pre-paid account option for members who prefer to have more flexibility with payment amounts and timing. With PowerPay!, members can avoid paper bills, late fees, large deposits, disconnect and reconnect fees, and due dates. See our PowerPay! info sheet (PDF) for more details.

 

After Hours Deposits

After hours deposit boxes are located at each of our office locations. If you deposit your payment in an after hours deposit box after 6 pm, your account will be credited the next business day.
