Get it on your mobile device in the app store or on your computer at the SmartHub login. Visit www.smarthubapp.com, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store and search for the SmartHub app. Creating a SmartHub account is easy: enter your profile information, choose Glades Electric Cooperative and you will be ready to check usage, pay your bill, manage your account, and more.

Pay by Phone

GEC also offers a Pay by Phone option for Visa and Mastercard credit card payments by calling 844-201-7203. Payments made directly to GEC will post immediately to the account.

Automatic Payments via Bank Draft, Credit, or Debit Card

Save checks and time by authorizing us to electronically charge your checking, savings, or credit card account for your bill amount each month. You will continue to receive a statement so you will know how much is being drafted from your account. Your account will be drafted on the due date printed on your bill.

  • Visit a MoneyGram location (CVS, Walmart, participating Advance America locations)
    • Bring cash for your payment and $1.50 MoneyGram fee
    • Bring your Glades Electric account number
    • Use Receive Code: 17055

We also offer a pre-paid account option for members who prefer to have more flexibility with payment amounts and timing. With PowerPay!, members can avoid paper bills, late fees, large deposits, disconnect and reconnect fees, and due dates. See our PowerPay! info sheet (PDF) for more details.

After Hours Deposits

After hours deposit boxes are located at each of our three office locations. If you deposit your payment in an after hours deposit box after 6 pm, your account will be credited the next business day.
