2023 Hurricane Season Information

The 2023 hurricane season is here. Prepare now before storms threaten. Download our Hurricane Preparedness Guide with preparation and post-storm resources to have handy information readily available in the event of outages. It includes information about the process to restore power after a disaster and important safety measures to take with generators.

As part of your preparations, download our SmartHub app to your smartphone or tablet for the quickest outage reporting, a live outage map, and more. Outages can also be reported by phone at 863-946-6200, but due to heavy call volume after a hurricane, members will experience busy phone lines.
